#KCHomeShow is excited to announce Jonathan & Drew Scott, stars of HGTV’s Property Brothers as the 2017 headliners!

property-bros-3-mirrored-resizedJonathan and Drew Scott, reality TV stars and ever-so-popular “Property Brothers,” will share their winning blend of sibling rivalry and humor at the 2017 Greater Kansas City Home Show, March 17-19. The twin brothers, who star in popular HGTV shows includingProperty Brothers, Buying & Selling, Property Brothers at Home and Brother vs. Brother, will headline Kansas City’s 69th annual flagship Home Show on Saturday, March 18 at Bartle Hall.

Renowned designer and licensed contractor Jonathan and twin brother Drew, a seasoned real estate agent, have teamed up to buy and renovate real estate for more than 15 years. Even with their busy television schedule, Jonathan and Drew have carved out time to create their Scott Living Collection of furniture and textiles for QVC and release their first book, Dream Home: The Property Brothers’ Ultimate Guide to Finding & Fixing Your Perfect House. They have even entered the country music scene, and fans can check out their “Hold On” video on YouTube for a look at their creativity in this area.

After their stage presentation, Jonathan and Drew will participate in a book signing for home show guests, with a number of lucky fans having the opportunity to take a photo with the brothers.

Pete Nelson, Treehouse Master

Pete Nelson, star of Animal Planet’s Treehouse Masters also appeared at the 2016 Home Show. Widely known as the best treehouse builder in the world, Pete lives by the motto, “if you dream it, you can build it.”

Home Show Highlights

Our 2016 Home Show had a number of activities and features beyond our fantastic guests. With nearly 300 exhibitor booths highlighting the latest and greatest ideas in the home building industry, there was sure to be something for everyone. In addition to our exhibitors, for the second year in a row the Boy Scouts of America brought back their Rock Climbing wall and 25 ft teepee, the ‘The Darol Rodrock Farmhouse’, Ask a Builder area manned by members of the Home Builder Association and much, much more.

Home Show

The Home Builders Association held Kansas City’s first home show in 1948 and the annual event has become the go-to showcase for home improvement, technology, and design ideas as well as a fun-filled day with activities for all ages.
The 2017 Home Show will be the 69th year of the event to be held at Bartle Hall March 17-19, 2017.
